Biography
Welcome, my name is Victoria Oliveira. I started my career in marketing, when the need arose to manage a personal blog, which I had started as a freelance writer.
I quickly learned that I would have a chore without basic skills in marketing and content management. Today, without exaggeration, I consider myself efficient and productive. I have experience coordinating marketing operations and would qualify as a hardworking and Resourceful Manager - I know what I need, and how to perform all tasks with professionalism.
My work experience focuses on high-speed and high-pressure environments, where I contribute my prowess to both the sales and marketing teams.
Through the most varied areas simultaneously, I contribute to the following areas: technical assistance, together with other employees and new members; in the training of beginners; in the development and optimization of processes and methods; in performance reports, as well as in the analysis of the same; in the thorough supervision of the workplace, ensuring the best quality of product and methods; in the general resolution of problems with the product; in the management of conflicts between employees and/or customers and finally in the execution of operational functions.
Therefore, I would say that my best quality, in coordination and project management, is to achieve the ideal connection of several areas, always obtaining an improvement in processes and methods, as well as in strategy and technology.
With my experience and leadership spirit, I will certainly make good use of my skills as a project manager and coordinator. To assure myself, but also my client, that the work is presented punctually and assiduously, within budget.
